Hi, I'm BHUMI, which is my Sanskrit yoga name as well as an acronym for Be Healthy Under My Instruction. I offer a variety of wellness opportunities, from yoga classes of all levels to yoga teacher training, to healthy mind training for businesses and coaching. It is all about helping you discover your highest potential. “Less stress, be at your best” in body and mind so your spirit can shine more brightly.
Bhumi’s is a yoga community of like-minded individuals of all ages and backgrounds who come together to learn about and explore body, mind, and spirit through a combination of holistic practices. We offer the highest professional standards, individualized attention, and all certified teachers. The best of the East meets the needs of the West, for all ages and levels, in various locations. Our mission since 1994 is yoga for mainstream, yoga for all.
